Tim Neathery is a results oriented Human Resources (HR) leader with over 25 years of cross-functional experience in people-focused practices. Highly regarded across the clinical research industry, Tim’s extensive background centers around developing and implementing employee-first strategies, establishing best-in-class solutions, and cultures to advance recruitment and retention initiatives. Tim has an outstanding track record leading teams and organizations to deliver on aspects critical to successful growth and scalability. Before coming to Ora, Tim served as the Chief People & Technology Officer at Javara Research. In his previous role, Tim systematically applied his strategic insight and people-centric leadership to contribute to the company’s success. In addition to his role in HR, Tim also headed Javara’s Technology team, strategy, and delivery. In this capacity, Tim ensured technological advancements were consistently of the highest caliber to support initiatives and drive success across the company. Prior to joining Javara, Tim served as Senior Vice President of HR Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, and People Insights and Analytics at PPD. During his nearly two-decade tenure, Tim spearheaded several transformative initiatives. He successfully globalized PPD’s Talent Acquisition function and insourced the Contingent Labor Program, which grew into an $100 million annual program. Tim also established an internal executive search function, enhancing the company’s ability to secure high-level talent aligned with its culture. His leadership extended to co-chairing the Building Talent Advantage committee, focusing on enterprise-wide engagement and retention.
Tim has been nominated for and completed the Global Leadership and Lead Vision Programs and is a DDI Certified Targeted Selection Trainer. He received his B.A. in Human Relations from High Point University in North Carolina. Beyond his professional duties, Tim has been happily married for 22 years and is a proud father to two daughters.
