“My journey at Ora has been a rewarding progression of personal and professional growth. Joining as a Clinical Project Manager in July 2021, I advanced to Senior Clinical Project Manager before eventually landing in my current role where I manage clinical trials for the Anterior Segment and Medical Device departments.
The remarkable individuals and leaders at Ora, coupled with their unwavering dedication to excellent research and patient care, has made this journey profoundly fulfilling. The cultural emphasis on kindness, a core value at Ora, is a significant factor that inspires me to stay, among others.”
“As I celebrate my one-year milestone at Ora, I couldn’t be happier with the opportunities to travel the country contributing to the highest-quality clinical research. My appreciation for Ora’s diversity and travel opportunities are a couple of the reasons why I love this job, but the commitment Ora makes to ensuring their teams are composed of hard working and passionate individuals truly stands out. My previous jobs differed greatly from my experience here in the ability to communicate with People Leaders who are always actively involved in the day to day operations.”

The continuous learning environment aligns with my career goals, as it feels like the organization is growing with me, always providing new development opportunities. This role differs significantly from my past experiences, offering a unique blend of working and traveling with colleagues who are both peers and mentors, dedicated to mutual knowledge and skill enhancement in our field.”

I have enjoyed growing with the company, cultivating friendships, and embracing Ora’s core values, all which deeply resonate with what I seek in a workplace. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its people like Ora. The leadership, managers, and cross-departmental teams not only support your development and career progression but also encourage open discussions about processes and improvements.”

“Over my six years at Ora, I’ve progressed from my role as a Clinical Research Coordinator I to exploring new functions in clinical research as a recently promoted Clinical Trial Associate II. In my current role, I assist Project Managers in clinical study conduct, support research sites throughout an entire study, manage the electronic trial master file, and ensure compliance with study specific protocol along with GCP. But what makes me stick around at Ora is more than just the job, it feels like a close-knit community. Our leaders and mentors create a fantastic environment, supporting us not only within our teams but across the entire Ora family. These past six years have been a journey of growth, and I’m truly proud to be part of this amazing team.”
