Tami Klerr

Tami Klerr serves on Ora’s Board of Directors, bringing more than 30 years of experience across the CRO, pharma, and biotech industries in operations, business development, and executive leadership. She most recently served as President of Global Operations for ICON’s Biotech Division, following ICON’s acquisition of PRA HealthSciences, where she was Chief Business Development & Marketing Officer for Global Operations, Strategic Solutions (FSP), and Early Development Services. Before joining PRA in 2008, Ms. Klerr was Vice President of Clinical Operations & Development at InfaCare Pharmaceuticals, focused on pediatric drug development. She spent 13 years at Pharmaceutical Product Development, Inc. (PPD) in senior operations and key account management roles, and began her career at Otsuka and Norwich Eaton Pharmaceuticals. Ms. Klerr holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania. She currently serves on several boards in the pharma services space and advises private equity firms and portfolio companies on business, financial, and operational strategy, including acquisitions, integration, talent management, clinical technology, and risk mitigation.
