Mo Yang

Mo Yang serves on Ora’s Board of Directors as a representative of The Vistria Group, where he is a Partner and co-leads the firm’s Life Sciences strategy. Prior to joining Vistria, Mo was a Director at GI Partners, a middle-market private equity firm based in San Francisco, where he evaluated and executed investments across the healthcare industry. Before that, he was with Arsenal Capital Partners and Cressey & Co., focusing on healthcare private equity investing. Mo began his career at J.P. Morgan in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group, working on M&A transactions and debt and equity financings. Mo received a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University and an M.B.A. in Healthcare Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
