Max Vielmetti

Max Vielmetti serves on Ora’s Board of Directors as a representative of The Vistria Group, where he is a Principal on the Healthcare team. Since joining Vistria in 2022, he has helped lead the firm’s investments in Ora and Medalogix/Forcura, and has supported portfolio companies including Alcami, CareMetx, Sevita, and Help at Home. Prior to joining Vistria, Max was an Associate and Vice President at CVC Capital Partners in New York, where he focused on investments in the business services sector. He began his career as a financial sponsors investment banking analyst at Deutsche Bank. Max received a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.
