Jeff Knighton is a seasoned finance executive with more than 25 years of experience leading financial strategy, operational transformation, and business growth across global organizations in the financial services, technology, nonprofit, life sciences, and manufacturing sectors.
Throughout his career, he has held senior finance leadership positions with JPMorgan Chase & Co., Micron Technology, CFA Institute, Worldwide Clinical Trials, Physical Properties Testers Group, and Ora Clinical.
As Chief Financial Officer, Jeff partners closely with executive leadership to drive strategic planning, financial performance, scalable growth, and operational excellence. His expertise spans financial planning and analysis, capital investment strategy, mergers and acquisitions, budgeting and forecasting, accounting, risk management, and business transformation. He has a proven track record of helping organizations strengthen financial discipline, optimize operations, and support long-term value creation.
Jeff brings extensive global leadership experience, having overseen finance operations and multinational entities across the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and EMEA regions. During his tenure with Micron Technology, he served in Singapore as Worldwide Manufacturing Operations Finance Controller and Singapore Country Finance Controller, supporting a global manufacturing network and multibillion-dollar operations.
Known for his collaborative leadership style and ability to align financial strategy with business objectives, Jeff has led large international teams, enterprise transformations, ERP implementations, and complex growth initiatives. He is passionate about developing high-performing organizations, enabling data-driven decision-making, and building the financial foundation necessary to support innovation and sustained growth.
Jeff holds a Master of Business Administration from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Radford University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
