Courtney Roshau is an accomplished clinical operations leader with more than 15 years of experience managing and overseeing complex ophthalmology clinical development programs, from early-phase studies through global Phase 3 trials. As Vice President, Project Delivery, she provides operational oversight across clinical programs, ensuring the highest standards of quality, execution, and customer service while serving as a strategic partner to both Sponsors and project teams.
In her role, Courtney oversees resourcing, quality standards, financial performance, and project delivery execution. She serves as the primary point of escalation and leadership contact above the Global Clinical Project Manager and Director levels, supporting project teams with strategic planning, risk identification and mitigation, timeline and milestone management, and financial oversight. Her collaborative approach helps ensure studies are delivered efficiently, proactively, and in alignment with Sponsor objectives.
Courtney brings deep expertise across a broad range of ophthalmic indications, including non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy (NPDR), diabetic macular edema (DME), open-angle glaucoma (OAG), geographic atrophy (GA), wet age-related macular degeneration (wet AMD), and inherited retinal diseases (IRDs). Throughout her career, she has directly managed more than 25 ophthalmology studies spanning a variety of development stages and therapeutic areas.
