Marcin Ernst brings over 23 years of experience in clinical research and global commercial leadership to Ora. As Vice President for Europe, he drives the company’s European expansion and oversees the execution of global clinical development programs. A graduate of the Warsaw Medical Academy, Marcin holds an MD, an Executive MBA, and an MA in Marketing and Management from Warsaw University. He has held senior leadership roles at INC Research and Syneos Health, where, as Executive Vice President and General Manager, he successfully led a global business unit generating approximately $550 million in annual revenue, managing a diverse team of over 1,500 professionals across various therapeutic areas.
Marcin’s extensive expertise encompasses managing large-scale clinical trials and executing strategic acquisitions throughout Europe and Latin America. He has a proven track record of developing innovative clinical solutions that enhance operational efficiency and optimize team performance, perfectly aligning with Ora’s People-First approach to growth. With over two decades of experience in CRO leadership and 4 years as a general and cardiac surgeon, Marcin combines clinical insight with commercial acumen, positioning him uniquely to guide Ora’s continued global success and make a lasting impact in the industry.
