As the Vice President of Ora’s Transformation Office, Juli Chalifour oversees Ora’s Project Management Office (PMO) and serves as a thought leader and champion for operational excellence across all of Ora’s service areas. She leads the implementation of key strategic initiatives across multiple project teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
A seasoned operations leader with 17+ years of experience in clinical research, Juli has been with Ora since 2021, and also worked at Ora as a Clinical Project Manager at Ora from 2014 – 2017. Her Ophthalmic experience spans Anterior Segment, Posterior Segment and Medical Devices. She also has industry experience as a Study Coordinator, Clinical Research Associate, Clinical Project Manager, Associate Director of Project Management, Director of Real-World Evidence, and Senior Director / Vice President of Clinical Operations.
Juli holds a Master of Public Health degree with a concentration in Epidemiology from the Boston University School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from Trinity College. She has received Clinical Research Coordinator and Clinical Research Professional certifications from professional organizations and has co-authored multiple publications and presentations
